History
The 7th Rangers were originally formed by Asch in July of 2005 as a BF2 team for casual players to get together on a regular basis. Asch has since moved on to administrative duties at Tactical Gamer. The team has evolved since then into a highly competitive crew of active players across many games.
Recruitment
Recruitment for the 7th Rangers is by invitation only. If you are interested in joining, feel free to PM Icky, bearing in mind the following criteria:
- Remain active in your game(s) of choice. Inactive players will be removed from the active roster and lose forum access to the 7th Forums. 7th members are game-obsessed, so be prepared to put in the time.
- We are competitive. You need to be damn good at what you do to keep up with the rest of us. Or in Experiment's case, make up for his shortcomings.
- Bring the sexy. Yeah, we're sexy.
Expectations
Members of the 7th are chosen because they are good at stuff. So, you gotta show everyone else that you're one of us.
- Player must be a Tactical Gamer Supporting Member
- Wear the |TG-7th| tag in your in-game handle.
- Read and participate in the 7th Infantry Team Forum regularly. We post regular updates and are close-knit, if you don't read them and participate, you're a loser and don't belong.
- Wear the 7th insignia either as your avatar on the forums or as part of your signature.
- Participate regularly in competitive tournaments.
